THE ESTATE

The Roukani Estate

On our private estates, 25 kilometres outside Heraklion in the Roukani area, we cultivate with respect for nature's cycle. Vineyards, olive groves, kitchen gardens, and herb gardens provide the raw materials for our kitchen.

Seasonality

Our menu changes with the seasons. Nothing enters our kitchen that is not at the peak of its freshness. This is the way we have always cooked in Crete.
